How do I book?

Send us a WhatsApp message, call, or fill in the form above. We come back with options and a price, and book it once you confirm. For our group trips, like Lake Ellis, reserve on the trip page.

How do I pay?

By M-PESA: Lipa na M-PESA, Buy Goods, Till Number 5936766 (CK TRAVEL & TOURS). For group trips, a Ksh 1,000 deposit per person secures your slot, and we confirm it on WhatsApp.

Can you plan something just for us?

Yes. Family holidays, honeymoons, work retreats, trips with friends: we put together the stay, the transport and the plan, and give you one price for it.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

For hotels and transport it depends on the provider's policy, so tell us as early as you can and we'll sort out what's possible. Group trips have their own rules on deposits and refunds, set out in our Terms of Service.
